Professional Experience Observation Program

The professional experience observation program is an on-site learning program that our high school preparatory, 9th, and 10th-grade students carry out for at least five working days during their summer break. The program's objective is to provide high school students with the opportunity to explore and identify their preferred fields of study. By doing so, they can assess their interests and abilities in relation to these departments and make well-informed decisions for their future.

We regard the Experience Observation Program as an essential step in an experience-oriented decision-making process. The program paves the way for students to have the opportunity to experience real professional life in a safe environment. Through this program, our students can closely observe occupational groups that align with their individual interests and abilities in a working environment. They can gain an understanding of how these workplaces function, communicate with employees to exchange information, and, if possible, participate in meetings to contribute to the functioning of the workplace within their competence.

NÛN Business Visits

NÛN Business Visits is a program designed to contribute to the professional development of NÛN High School students. The weekly program is mainly planned according to the preferred professional groups of our students and throughout the whole term. Within the program, we arrange visits to the workplaces of the school's parents.

The NÛN Business Visits program has been designed for our students to make observations about the professional group they are interested in, to listen directly to the career journeys of experts in their field and to find answers to the questions in their minds about that profession. In this direction, students conduct visits to different workplaces such as hospitals, law offices, architecture offices, advertising agencies, art galleries, and universities within the scope of the NÛN Business Visits program, which is carried out with the principle of on-site observation. The content of the program is designed according to the needs of our students. It is aimed to ensure that the students have gained some achievements, such as recognizing the working environment of the relevant professional group, learning the competencies that the professional group should have, and gaining an insight into the suitability of their interests and abilities for that profession.
