Ulvi Alacakaptan visited NUN Schools
The master theatre player Ulvi Alacakaptan was hosted at our school in March in the context of NUN Meetings which has become a traditional event of NUN schools.

Ulvi Alacakaptan, who came together with our secondary and high school students, started talking about the importance of theatre. Pointing out that Turkey is in the second place in the world in terms of TV watching rates, he stated that theatre forms a direct way of communication between people and that it is not replaceable by anything else.
He also mentioned his own acting journey and emphasized the importance of observation to be a good actor. He stated that a player who observes a stingy character, not a stingy person himself, will perform that role in the best way possible.
He answered the questions of our students by stating that the theatre plays, which are fed by our own culture that we write in our country, should increase. After the photo shoot and the presentation of the gifts of the day, the program ended.
