THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S INTERNATIONAL AWARD TURKEY PROGRAM EDUCATION

THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S INTERNATIONAL AWARD TURKEY PROGRAM EDUCATION

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award is a voluntary youth program that aims to contribute to the individual and social development of young people between the ages of 14-24. The aim of the program is to introduce young people to useful leisure activities and volunteerism, to enable them to discover their determination to achieve success and to guide people and institutions that encourage their development.

Within the scope of The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Turkey Program, the DofE Coordinator provided information about the adventure and discovery camp program at our Beykoz Campus. After the theoretical and practical trainings and first aid trainings were given to the students, the introduction and use of camping equipment were explained.

On the second day of the training, the adventure and exploration camp program forms were introduced, the compass study on the Bronze route and the objectives were determined, and the forms on the Bronze route were checked and filled.
