Halva Culture From Ottoman Empıre To The Present
The second workshop of the Ramadan was "Halva Culture From Ottoman Empire to the Present". We examined how halva has an effect on our culture, cuisine and health. The parents showed great participation in the workshop where we followed different halva recipes.
