Breathwork Parent Workshop

In the workshop for our middle school parents, participants experienced the combination of breathwork and arts, which aimed to provide relaxation and balance by directing the individual's breathing exchange with awareness. The training given at the workshop helps improve the quality of life, reducing stress and providing mental calmness with the effects of taking conscious breaths. Our participants were able to find emotional balance and inner peace through the therapeutic effects of art.

During the workshop, they remedied emotional, mental, and physical health, learning breathing techniques, such as deep and conscious breathing, while peaceful melodies played in the background.
