We talked with Ekrem Demirli about the secrets of fasting, its meaning, deep layers, what it teaches us as human beings, and what we should understand from fasting at our Family Academy titled Fasting and Human. Ekrem Demirli stated that “I think fasting teaches us to accept that man has a soul beyond his body. Being human is more than being embodied. Fasting opens the door for us.
