Fall Science Discovery Tour

Within the scope of "September (Autumnal) Equinox" a group of our students held an exploration tour themed "ecology". During the tour, the students stopped at the predetermined stations: "magnolia deciduous", "flying seeds linden", "evergreen magnolia", "fragrant laurel", and "my friend oak" and discovered the changes in nature, examining five different tree species by touching, smelling, listening and feeling. At the end of the discovery tour, seeds that can be grown together were given to our students so that they adopt the date of September 23, which is the beginning of the Autumn Equinox.

In our Visual Arts course, students exhibited their Equinox-themed artwork, showcasing an interdisciplinary approach to raising awareness about the significance and meaning of the day.
