We Must Talk About Palestine Children's Theater
Our schools brought the Palestinian issue back to the agenda with an impressive theater play that allowed students to experience emotional transitions and empathy. The theater play titled "We Must Talk About Palestine - Children" was watched with great interest and attention by the students.
The play has scenes that deeply feel the Palestinian issue and give the audience an emotional experience. The students tried to understand the events in Palestine through the theater and to establish an emotional connection.
Such events are essential in terms of raising awareness of world problems and developing empathy skills. In addition, it provides students with the opportunity to develop their emotional intelligence; thus, they can evaluate the events from others' perspectives.
