ECO - TREKKING Program

An eco-trekking activity was held in Ulupelit Village, Şile, immersing participants in the beauty of nature. This event served as a platform for both spiritual and physical rejuvenation. Participants had the opportunity to collect natural mushrooms from the forest, surrounded by the healing view of the natural environment.
On this journey to the heart of nature, the students had the opportunity to observe nature in depth and experience the autumnal states of nature. The event, which the students attended with great excitement, motivation, and desire, was completed with very rich gains from history to geography, from biology to chemistry. The students learned about the importance of protecting nature and the environment alongside a holistic view of the ecosystem, a modular view of the parts that make up the ecosystem, examples of cooperation and contrast in the system, places where diversity is more or less, and the reasons for this, changes in nature (in the air, water, soil, and plants), vegetation layers, benefits of forests, protecting and strengthening forests, environmental cleaning.
