We met with our parents to discuss strategies for encouraging students to read and supporting families in the workshop “My Child Doesn't Read. What About Me?” The parent workshop was around the topic of how reading habits can be improved, the importance of reading for adults, and book recommendations. During the “Agenda Design Workshop,” parents chatted about their new year goals: books they plan to read, the films they want to watch, and the places they wish to visit while designing their agendas.
