Intervıew Wıth Bahtiyar İstekli On Second-Hand Booksellers
As part of the 59th Library Week, second-hand bookseller İsmail Bahtiyar İstekli met with our 9th grade students. He delivered a speech on second-hand booksellers, which has an important place in our cultural history. At the end of the program, students asked the questions they were wondering about the second-hand book selling. They had the opportunity to examine the original manuscript documents, books, newspapers and photographs of old Istanbul that Bahtiyar İstekli brought. The program ended with a souvenir photograph.
