During the visit, students were guided through the creation of compost using a combination of plant waste (grass, leaves, plant residues), cardboard, and animal manure. This practical experience allowed students to witness firsthand the transformation of organic materials into nutrient-rich compost, a valuable soil amendment that promotes plant growth and soil health.
