Pool & Gym: Employees have access to pools and gyms after work.

Paid Leave: Foundation staff receive three days of paid leave during semester break.

Healthcare Benefits: Employees and families receive discounts at the contracted hospitals. Our campus has nurses and infirmary available for employee care. Our institution doctor services in the infirmary for employee care, on specific days. Employees can obtain complementary health insurance for both themselves, their spouses, and their children from the contracted health insurance company. The institution covers the complementary health insurance fees for employees with three years of seniority and above.

Scholarships and Financial Assistance for School Education: Employees with children receive financial assistance for education, food, and accommodation fees. The amount is determined based on seniority. Employees up to four years of seniority receive up to 60% scholarship. Those who have more than 4 years of seniority receive up to 75% scholarship. A 50% transportation scholarship is offered for children in kindergarten and above.

Nursery: A limited number of nursery places are available for children of female employees aged 12-54 months.

Meal Services: Lunch is provided in the institution's dining hall.

Library Access: Employees have access to libraries located on all campuses.

Master's and Doctoral Leave: Employees pursuing master's and doctoral degrees are eligible for half-day study leave per week.
