NÛN Schools set forth to vision of being not only an educational institution but also an academy dedicated to lifelong development and transformation. Our working environment is more than just a workplace; it serves the needs of our employees by providing lifelong learning opportunities.

This training center offers various activities, including professional development training, employee clubs, cultural trips, sharing platforms, and business-culture meetings, all under the Lifelong Learning Program. Additionally, the Young Leaders Program, Young Teachers Program, and Internship Program are essential components of the NÛN Academy.

The Mentorship Program, a key component of the NÛN Academy, supports the professional development of teachers who are new to our family from experienced mentors. This program helps mentees assess their skills, expand their knowledge, identify resources, and develop their abilities by examining professional development opportunities and identifying and acquiring knowledge.

The Adaptation Program is applied to determine the strengths and needs of the employees who have just joined our institution during the adaptation process. Necessary actions are taken to meet the expectations of employees and contribute to their development.
