Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the faculties of education,
• Pedagogical formation
• Minimum 5 years of experience of teaching in classes/schools,
• Eligible to meet the criteria for appointment by the Ministry of National Education (MEB),
• Adopted a student-centered education approach,
• Able to develop teaching strategies suitable for different learning styles and needs,
• IB (International Baccalaureate) or international program experience is a plus.

Competencies

• Able to communicate in English is a plus,

• Able to use educational technologies and digital learning tools effectively,
• Possess effective classroom management skills, able to maintain high student motivation,
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
• High communication and collaboration skills, compatible with teamwork,
• Able to establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues,
• Pursue the journey of learning with a lifelong passion by adopting the motto of self-improvement,

• At least 5 years of classroom/school experience
• Able to meet the MEB appointment criteria

• Preferably with IB (International Baccalaureate) or international program experience
