Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from relevant department,
- Experience in the education sector is a plus,
- 5 to 8 years of experience in payroll, scoring and personnel affairs,
- Good command on MS Office programs,
- Good knowledge of ERP softwares, preferably Logo,
- Command of the Turkish Labor Law No. 4857, the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, and related current legislation,
- Strong communication skills, developed planning and organization skills, solution oriented,
- Competent in planning, organization and time management,
We are looking for the applications of candidates:
Job Description
- Managing the entire payroll and timekeeping process,
- Preparing documents from/address to official institutions such as SGK (Social Security Institution), İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), etc., and managing incentive processes in accordance with SGK and Labor Law legislation,
- Executing salary and other personnel payments,
- Managing monthly SGK declarations and Muhtasar (Withholding Tax Return) processes,
- Managing personnel leaves, garnishments, and entry and exit procedures in accordance with the law, and conducting legal process follow-ups,
- Performing and tracking BES,
- Carrying out workplace opening and closing procedures (making the necessary official applications and managing the processes),
- Making notifications to İŞKUR and other relevant institutions,
